Control Overview:
     The VB Squared Task-Bar Control is a very simple control that provides the ability to create windows registered task bars.  These task bar(s) can be docked to any side of the screen, can be set to float or can be hidden.  The control can be used on any Visual Basic Form Style, when the taskbar control is set to Float, it will retain the original form border style if so desired.
