     The VB Squared Popup Message Control allows for Messanger or Office2003 style popup message box's to appear on the users screen in a multitude of different ways.  Scolling in from anywhere on the screen or fading in and fading out.  Various options allow for the popup message to stay on-screen until the user clicks to exit the message .
